Who would have thought that these couples could find each other and celebrate a wedding this year! We talk about the main weddings of 2019.
Jude Law and Phillipa Coan
46-year-old handsome man Jude Law married a second time on April 30, 2019. The 32-year-old business psychologist Phillipa Coan, with whom the actor had been dating for about four years, became his spouse.
The celebration was held in central London and happened to be as modest as possible. Only the couple’s closest friends came to the wedding, so there were no beau monde and celebrity guests. The bride was in a short white dress with long sleeves, and Jude, as always, looked stylish and relaxed: the actor appeared in a blue suit with a T-shirt underneath. He put on his hat and tied a scarf.
Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger
The Schwarzeneggers have nearly created a family with the Cyruses. A few years ago, their eldest son Patrick suddenly began dating Miley Cyrus. They said that Patrick’s mother and Arnie’s ex-wife, Maria Shriver, was in real shock: to her aristocratic nature, Miley seemed an embodiment of riot. Fate was merciful: eventually, Miley became the wife of actor Liam Hemsworth (they have already divorced).
The family were enthusiastic about the feelings that Schwarzenegger’s daughter had for actor Chris Pratt. The couple got married in June – at the San Isidro seafront ranch in Montecito, in a small circle of friends and relatives. Both showed good taste with no frills: the bride chose a white Armani dress with a train for the ceremony, and the groom put on a classic black tuxedo.
Jennifer Lawrence and Cooke Maroney
The Hunger Games star and art gallery director Cooke Maroney got married in the fall of 2019. The celebration was held in the luxurious Belcourt mansion, on Rhode Island. The bride chose a dress from Dior, while the groom put on a classic suit with a bow tie.
The media reported that the celebration was attended by about 150 guests. They included Bradley Cooper, Emma Stone, Cameron Diaz, Nicole Richie and other celebrity guests.
Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin
Officially, the couple got married a year ago, but due to the groom’s depression, the celebration for the guests was held only in the fall of 2019.
The ceremony was held in the small town of Bluffton, South Carolina. More than 150 guests were invited to the wedding – including Kendall Jenner, Camila Morrone and others.
Before the wedding, Bieber announced a contest on Instagram. He invited fans to help him choose a wedding outfit and posted some photos of his bows. As a result, the singer went down the aisle in a classic tuxedo.
Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas
Sophie Turner became known throughout the world for her role as Sansa in the TV series Game of Thrones. In May 2019, the 23-year-old actress married musician Joe Jonas, a member of the Jonas Brothers family band.
The wedding ceremony was held in Las Vegas and was very modest – it cost only $600. But in July, the newlyweds celebrated their wedding in France: they rented an old estate in Provence to host the ceremony.
Sophie was in a breathtaking dress from Louis Vuitton, and guests from all over the globe came to greet the couple.
