The popular actress has a debut fragrance prepared for her by Avon, due for release in November. In Bloom is a creation of perfumer Olivia Jan, who concocted a smell from night-blooming jasmine, magnolia, star gardenia, Georgia peach, hypnotic florals. That should account for Witherspoon’s favorite effect wish “to get that sense of a steamy night somewhere in the South”.
The fragrance is modified by tea leaves, cashmere woods, and amber wood.
Avon In Bloom by Reese Witherspoon will come out in 50-ml bottles for $34 and in a concentrate ($59 for 30 ml). It will be accompanied by matching body care products.
