Lemon juice

Orange peel

Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar will help get rid of yellow teeth. Rinsing your mouth with apple cider vinegar helps remove tooth stains and get rid of bacteria. Repeat this procedure no more than once a week, rinsing the mouth with water afterwards.


Strawberry contains a malic acid enzyme, which promotes whitening. To enhance the effect, mix the grated strawberries with baking soda and apply it on your teeth. After 5 minutes, rinse your mouth. This procedure can be repeated 2-3 times a week.

Raw solid vegetables such as carrots, apples, and cucumbers contain many trace elements beneficial to the gums and teeth. They are rich in calcium and phosphorus, which are necessary for healthy teeth.
