Versace began to produce its line of glamorous fragrances dedicated to various crystals in 2004. At that time it was the Crystal Noir perfume. In 2006, the popular Bright Crystal version was produced. This year’s collection includes one more new fragrance, Yellow Diamond.
Yellow Diamond was created as a pure and clear air-floral aroma. It is sparkling and bright as the yellow color, but at the same time luxurious and feminine, like a diamond.
The fragrance opens with some refreshing notes of lemon, bergamot, neroli and pear sorbet. The “heart” notes are air-floral: orange flower, freesia, mimosa, and lily of the mountain. The “base” of the fragrance is represented by amber, musk, and guaiac light wood.
The new Yellow Diamond perfume bottle is of the same shape as that of the previous fragrances dedicated to crystals, but yellow in color.
The face of the fragrance is the Australian model Abbey Lee Kershaw, and the shooting was held by Mario Testino in Paris.
