Take That star Robbie Williams who has been dating Turkish-American actress Ayda Field since 2006 and referring to her as his wife lately, finally got round to marrying her!
The ceremony of exchanging vows took place at his Beverly Hills home with about 75 people close to the singer attending. PEOPLE reports a friend describing the ceremony as “very beautiful and romantic”.
Ayda Field, 31, was in white and wore her hair pinned up; the 36-year-old pop star was in a classic black tuxedo.
The ceremony was followed by a sunset cocktail reception where guests were treated to champagne and delicious hors d’oeuvre. The festivities also included dinner and dancing.
Robbie Williams’s father, Pete Conway, in an interview to Britain’s New of the World said that the couple look “brilliant together” with Ayda “so beautiful and so delightful” and it’s the happiest time for his son in his memory.
