It’s three years since Reese Witherspoon broke up with her first husband actor Ryan Phillippe after a seven-year marriage, and now she is ready for family life again. Hollywood agent Jim Toth is the man who gave her enough incitement for that decision. UsMagazine had it straight from the actress’s rep – they are engaged!
The Oscar-winning actress’s choice, Jim Toth, 40, works as talent agent at L.A.’s Creative Artists Agency, but he is not Witherspoon’s official representative there (she is the agency’s client). Their romance budded this January on the rebound from the dissolution of the actress’s long-time involvement with her Rendition co-star Jake Gyllenhaal. A romantic birthday weekend in March this year in Ojai, Calif., was their first public appearance as a couple.
Witherspoon’s rep says “they are extremely happy,” and one of her pals seconds this opinion, adding that the actress is in love and intends to settle down.
Another inside source informed Us Weekly that Toth maintains good relations with Witherspoon’s children from her marriage, Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7, who are “happy” to have him around.
Now the actress’s mom will stop questioning her daughter about her marriage intentions, a habit that made Witherspoon crack constant jokes in reply!
