That’s a piece of news that many men would surely be glad to hear – Pippa Middleton is all free and unattached after a break-up with her one-year-long boyfriend.
Us Weekly got it from two separate sources that Duchess Kate’s sister, 27, and her beau Alex Loudon, 30, have parted ways. Loudon was a professional cricketer before he switched on to business. They met through their mutual friends who arranged a blind date for them. Lately their relationship has been questioned much in the British press, and with good reason, it seems.
One of the couple’s friends spilled that their break-up had been decided on after a thorough discussion. Another friend added that they are trying to remain on friendly terms and preserve “a dignified manner” over the split. Alex “is upset,” shared a source close to him, but he means to go on.
There’s an opinion going round in Loudon’s circle that the break-up became imminent right after his attendance of the royal wedding in April where his boisterous date-cum-Maid of Honor was enjoying the publicity. She was then noticed hobnobbing with Prince Harry (who’s deep in a love affair with Chelsy Davy) and also caused comments when traipsing about in London and Madrid in close company of her coworker and friend George Percy.
