Only a little more than two months elapsed after the official dissolution of his 14-year-long marriage, but Mark-Paul Gosselaar is ready for the second helping of the same! Gosselaar’s rep has informed Us Weekly that the Saved by the Bell star approached advertising executive Catriona McGinn with a proposal last week.
The actor proposed armed with a 5-carat cushion-cut diamond ring. The ring’s designer, Neil Lane, said that Gosselaar is “a true romantic”, which makes him a welcome client delightful to work with.
Discussing the woman of his dreams with Us at Saturday’s Kiehl’s LifeRide for amfAR Block Party in New York, the 37-year-old actor confessed that McGinn had taken his breath away being “absolutely gorgeous” and “stunning.” Besides, McGinn seems to have made an instant hit with Gosselaar’s children from his marriage to Lisa Ann Russell, Michael, 7, and Ava, 5.
The actor is now starring on TNT’s Franklin & Bash as Peter Bash.
