Kate Hudson, 32, and Matthew Bellamy, 33, are well on the way to being a perfect family: they produced a son, Bingham Hawn, who is 10 months old, and have been engaged for nearly a year. Have they gotten married secretly?
Something that the actress’s famous mom, Academy Award winner actress Goldie Hawn, said at an interview for the Evening Standard’s ES, could be construed – according to the Vancouver Sun – as an oblique reference to an accomplished deed. Hawn let drop something about “my daughter Kate married an English rock star” saying that she was not worried as long as the relationship was sound.
That could be a reference to Hudson’s first marriage to The Black Crowes’ frontman Chris Robinson (with whom she had son Ryder, 8), but it certainly sounds more to do with Bellamy, the driving power of the British band Muse.
Also, Hudson and Bellamy’s last weekend in Cancun may have been a quaint sort of a honeymoon as they did surf-riding and beach-lounging obviously enjoying each other’s company.
InStyle’s report of Hudson last spring on the verge of their engagement revealed that Hudson appreciated her British rocker’s ability to express his feelings. “He shows his love. He communicates” is what the Nine star loves about him.
