Jennifer Lopez’s ex-husband Ojani Noa will never be able to forget their 11-month-long marriage, nor will he let others forget about it! Two years ago JLo had to go to court over a revealing book he had proposed to write. Rumors had it that the book contained allegations of multiple adultery on the part of Lopez, her current husband, Marc Anthony a party to some of those.
That case was won by the lady, and the book never saw the light. But Ojani had some more tricks up his sleeve.
So now there is a fresh lawsuit afoot, filed by Jennifer Lopez again, regarding a honeymoon video Jennifer and Ojani made in 1997, which is being sold around. The lawsuit, worth $10 million, accuses Ojani Noa of violating a confidentiality agreement in place since 2004.
The video is allegedly sexually explicit. Known under the title of How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story, it is believed to show Lopez going about scantily dressed and contain spanking scenes. It may also contain an episode of the actress and her mother engaged in a fight.
The proceedings started in Los Angeles with the judge ordering Noa to refrain from releasing the video for the time being. Jennifer demands the footage be submitted to her and her lawyers so they can decide whether it breaches the confidentiality agreement. A new ruling on the distribution of the tape is expected to be out soon.
Meanwhile Noa resolved to fight back, he said in his interview to the New York Post.
