Sharing a bed with a partner who tosses, fidgets and snores during the night makes one’s sweet sleep shorter by as much as 730 hours a year, a study commissioned by Lovetub informs us.

insomnia is 18 days, 21 hours and 40 minutes. The record holder suffered from hallucinations, paranoia, vision impairment, and problems with speech, concentration and memory during this time. About 70% of men and 40% of women snore while sleeping at night. Snoring can be really dangerous for one’s health, but it also has a negative effect on the sexual life of the couple. The night trills affect the life of every forth couple. There are also many people, who just prefer to sleep in separate rooms, because one of the couple snores. A recent study conducted by British medics shows, that the relationships of the couple, one of who regularly snores at night, can become really bad.

Some time ago I got a comment on my article “
Why People Snore and How to Stop Snoring”, where I was asked, if there was a pill, which could stop snoring. I was looking for the answer in different sources, but in vain, I couldn’t find any snoring pill. But now I can be sure and answer, there is a snoring pill. And it is currently tested in Britain. This pill should cure obstructive sleep apnea and finally let lots of people get their calm and healthy Zzz.

I used to share a room with my elder brother, when I was a little girl. We played together, made smoke screen in the elevator out of a piece of plastic and foil, had brutal box fights without boxing-gloves. We had many different things and situations, which kids normally have. But sometimes I had no sleep because of him. It happened when he got cold. In the middle of the night he started to snore, louder and louder, it was absolutely impossible to sleep, until I threw something heavy to the wardrobe and he stopped. After some minutes of silence I heard his snore again.
