Cherry juice can improve your sleep. A study has showed volunteers who drank a glass of pure (sugar-free) cherry juice in the morning and in the evening slept better compared to when they drank the same amount of other juices. On average, sleep duration after drinking cherry juice increased by 17 minutes.
