Scientists from the University of North Carolina promise that ultrasound may solve the problem of male contraception. Their studies discovered that ultrasound waves may affect the sperm-making.
During six months after the ultrasound treatment, a man may not worry if his partner is on the pill. What’s important is that ultrasound treatment is temporary and reversible, without any adverse effects. This could be a breakthrough for birth control. All previous efforts to develop reliable male contraception failed. Scientists add, however, further tests are required.
