Scientists from the London School of Economics and Political Science have found Thursday as the most favorable day of the week for sex. It is on this day of the week that the human body most actively produces sex hormones.
Libido reaches its peak in the early morning hours of Thursday – the level of testosterone production in men and estrogen in women increases by almost five times.
The scientists also tested the other days of the week. It turned out that, for example, it is better not to schedule important meetings on Monday because there is too much load on the heart. The researchers attributed this to alcohol consumption in the weekend. According to social surveys, about 40% of respondents called Monday the most difficult day.
