UK blondes must be something special – jokes aside, regard their bank accounts! A salary survey puts blondes firmly over dark- and red-headed women in terms of money earned, with an almost £100 difference.
Blondes’ average salary comes up to a little over £1,018, while an average brunette gets but £937. Red hair loses out miserably, hardly rising over £889.97. Oh yes, when it comes to beauty, hair color does prove to be a powerful factor!
Yet the issue is a bit more complicated, for of the blondes’ loot 35 per cent goes to cover their overdraft regularly. Maybe clothes and shoes (yes, and chocolate) are things more irresistible for blondes than for other types?
