Olive oil is the perfect cosmetic product for the body and for the delicate skin of the face!
Olive oil is unique because it contains a large amount of squalene (wetting component). For cosmetic procedures, use oil of the first extraction which retains beneficial nutrients.
It is an effective way to prevent skin aging
Olive oil contains vitamin E, neutralizing the effects of free radicals, due to which the skin fades and wrinkles appear.
It strengthens and protects the skin
Vitamins A and D contained in oil are involved in the renewal of epidermis and reduce the amount of keratinized skin particles, while carotene protects the skin from UV-rays.
Below are the main stages of proper skin care.
Cleansing the skin with olive oil
To cleanse the skin with oil, there is the traditional way:
Put a little olive oil on a wet cotton pad (pressed from hot water) and wipe the skin along the massage lines. Of course, this method is good and effective both for removing makeup and for normal skin cleansing.
There is, however, an alternative and more efficient way to cleanse the skin using olive oil.
Cleansing the skin with oils, remember that oil dissolves fat. Do not be afraid to apply oil on the skin. Oil itself does not cause the formation of acne or irritation. Pimples, comedones, and acne are formed by a plurality of other different factors: hormones, bacteria, dead skin cells, as well as combinations of these factors.
Your skin itself produces the desired amount of fat. This feature is inherent by nature. Fat lubricates the skin, protects, and moisturizes it so that it could look beautiful, clean and radiant.
Speaking about the benefits of external use of oils, it is necessary to remind you how important it is to moisturize the skin from the inside. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Water removes toxins, and your skin radiates beauty; its tone increases.

- Apply a small amount of the mixture of olive oil and essential oils that are suitable for your face and neck along the massage lines. Make oil work for your own benefit – sit down, relax, and massage your face. Try not to expose your skin to risk and stress, causing harm.
- Dampen a towel with hot water, press it, tilt your head and put the towel on your face. This simple process warms up and opens the pores, which helps you clean the face more deeply and effectively.
- Once your “hot compress” begins to cool down – wipe your face and neck with it. On the towel, you will see dead cells of the skin stuck to it due to fatty secretions.
- Rinse the towel in hot water and remove the remnants of oil and dirt from the face. Repeat this action several times to complete purification. Additional purification is not required. After this procedure, the skin will certainly shine with health.
- Wipe the face with an ice cube or sprinkle it with cold water to tighten the pores. If you feel strong tightness, pour a drop of oil mixture in your palms and gently rub it with your fingers into the skin until the oil film disappears completely.
