Young actress Rachel McAdams has admitted she had to laugh to fit into a tight corset while shooting new movie Sherlock Holmes. The 31-year-old celebrity had to wear her tight garment that squeezed her breast and left her gasping for several weeks. Rachel says she never felt such pressure before.
Despite having a naturally slim body, six people had to squeeze Rachel in the corset. Costume designers made Rachel laugh to make the dressing easier.
The actress told Total Film that the scene reminded her of Gone With the Wind as she stood holding on to the trailer door, laughing like mad, just to breathe some air in. But Rachel says it was fun, she felt as though she found herself in the past.
The actress also reveled she had to do yoga regularly to endure the pressure of wearing the corset for several hours a day.
