How Did Jennifer Lopez Lose 10 Pounds?

Jennifer Lopez will celebrate her 45th birthday in just a month, and still she is in perfect shape. The celebrity has recently lost 10 pounds (4.5 kg).


This result was achieved thanks to a vegan diet and 6 hours of daily dance classes. The pop diva told US Weekly that she had to do sports and mind her diet. This is hard work, but the star admitted she felt good both mentally and physically.

Even after the birth of twins, Jennifer looks better than in 2004, or even 20 years ago in 1994. Jennifer follows a strict diet that is free of dairy products, gluten, and alcohol.

The singer has been under the guidance of her fitness psychologist Marco Borges, who has also worked with stars such as Shakira, Beyonce and Gwen Stefani. Now instead of sweets J.Lo prefers Borges’ 22 Days cherry chocolate bliss bar.
