The Maroon 5 frontman’s romance will now never end in a marriage – Levine and his Russian girlfriend have gone their separate ways.
The rep for 26-year-old Anne Vyalitsyna, Adam Levine’s girlfriend for the last two years, informed PEOPLE exclusively that the couple have called it a day.
Vyalitsyna, who prefers to be called Anne V, said the decision to separate had been mutual, done in “an amicable and supportive manner.” They mean to keep up friendly and respectful relationship, and the model expressed her best wishes for her ex.
Levine, 33, and Vyalitsyna got acquainted in the beginning of 2010 at the Maroon 5 performance at the swimsuit issue release event for Sports Illustrated; the Russian-born model featured in eight SI swimsuit issues in a row.
