Well-known trainer Jillian Michaels shared her personal top list of the “hottest” bodies in Hollywood. The list includes such singers with curvaceous figures as Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez, Beyonce, and Pink. The trainer explained her choosing the latter name by the fact that she herself used to train Pink.
Jillian’s list does not contain a single name of a skinny woman – very often, celebrities have “thick and curvy and sexy” bodies (as they were described by Michaels herself). Such a choice is not surprising: Gillian has always been an advocate of good nutrition and regular exercise. She dislikes extreme diets that reduce the girls just to skin and bones.
Jillian Michaels has earned enormous popularity in the U.S. thanks to the show The Biggest Loser, where obese participants compete in weight loss. Jillian is known as a tough coach and her famous catchphrase is “unless you puke, faint, or die, keep going”.
