Do you remember the smart dog from the video I published a few days ago? Parrots are very smart and cute too. They speak so funny with their “helium” voices. They can talk, sing and laugh just like people, as well as ride a bike, on a skateboard and play basketball. Here are three funny videos with cute parrots.
