The face look of a woman can be improved by different makeup preparations, cosmetics and surgical operations. A modern woman could get rid of eye wrinkles by means of lifting. Exercises for Double Chin

Everyone can correct the form and size of their chin by doing facial exercises. The secret of these exercises is that they strengthen the muscles, lift the skin and reduce under-chin fat. When you do these exercises regularly, that is once or twice daily, you can feel the first results after two weeks. And here are the exercises:

  • Sit down straight. Tilt your head back. Pull down the neck skin with your hand collarbone-high and keep holding so while you are exercising. Then pull your lower jaw forward and press your lips together. Hold in this position for 2 seconds. Then release for another two seconds and repeat again. Make 30 repetitions daily. You will feel the neck muscles and skin stretching. One doing this exercise looks like a fish in an aquarium.
  • Lie on your back with straight legs and hands on the floor near your thighs. Press your chin to your chest and hold in this position for 2 seconds. Then slowly tilt your head back, then again slowly press your chin to you chest. Make 25 repetitions.
  • Lie on your back with straight legs and hands on the floor near your thighs. Lift your head up, so that your chin is the highest point of the head, hold it for 2 seconds, then slowly release and lay your head down. Make 30 repetitions. You should feel your neck skin stretch.

Breathing Rules during Exercising

While you are doing these exercises make sure, that the rhythm of your breath is the same as the rhythm of your motions. For example, breathe in, as you lift your head and breathe out, as you lay your head down.

Hello everyone, I’m Maria 19 yrs old, when I was in grade school, I used to be over weight, and when I was in high school, I was Obese, when I got to college and had a boyfriend everything changed. He is handsome, intelligent, kind and sexy… a dream guy I may say. He inspired me to lose weight, he didn’t ask me though, It’s just that he seems perfect and I looked like a loser. so I did a LOT of things to be better within a summer vacation.. I became Slim and slender within a month, from being obese, It was like a miracle! I became over careful with the stuff I do. When I happen to browse the net and found this site and this certain article, I was a little disappointed. At first hand this above mention exercises WILL work! Chin fat is easy to burn as easy as how one can get these. Once you perspire there is 80 to 100% chance that, that is a part of your chin fat. You can do squats but still burn chin fat. The thing is these exercises will stretch your skin which WOULD (100% sure) skin sagging which is much harder to fix than burning those chin fat.   4. This is Great! I’ve been doing Facial Magic by Cynthia Rowland for 8 years now and I look like I am in my 40s I get compliments every day. It’s really easy, and you just need to stay consistent. Just like any other program, in order to see results and not have to go under the knife is to work a facial exercise into your program! Trust me you will see results, don’t expect to look 10 years younger overnight.

Don´t wanna bragg but I look 20 years younger my real age nobody believes am over 60; and most girls! tell me you are… ah 40! 42 at the most, and they say they know how to get someones age don´t have many wrinkles, not too fat and I am active, for one I walk very fast and I simply don´t disspoint them, but the only thing that bothers me is that double chin… it started to show about 5years ago. Call it genetics or what have you but I do not excersize too much, I just walk a lot and here and there some push ups and dance like for 6 to 10 minutes in the early morning, very fast though, like when you´re sprinting, but to me what keeps me right in shape is that I look forward to have sex twice a week or more, well that´s what I believe anyways

  7. I had forgotten about these exercises, now that I need them. Thank you, the instructions are easy for me to follow (though others do not understand – try youtube). I am putting off even thinking about a lower face lift for a month or 2 or 3 to see if this helps.
