The study involved 1400 volunteers, who exercised regularly. In twenty years the same people were tested again. The results were surprising even for the doctors – those who have been doing physical exercises on a regular basis suffered from Alzheimer’s disease more than a half as often as those, who didn’t. The doctors claim, even those, who are predisposed to Alzheimer’s disease, can prevent is. The key is just to exercise regularly.
