Broccoli

Researchers at Ching Hua University in Beijing succeeded in developing a magnesium supplement. They tested the supplements on rats of different age. The test revealed high magnesium levels gave a boost to memory and mental abilities. It was further found that magnesium affects humans much the same way, so make sure magnesium rich foods are not out of your diet.

Magnesium daily intake is 0.35 gram. You can hit that target with spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, beans, baked potato, nuts, oatmeal, peanut butter, wheat pasta, seafood, apricots and peaches.
