Fashion editors love to say that no matter what Miuccia Prada demonstrates at the show, everyone will wear it. Last week, the fashion designer of the Prada fashion house showed a collection, painted in black tones with white and red prints in the form of Japanese flowers. At first, it had seemed surprising, but then the whole collection was quickly bought by the main fashionistas of the world.
These flowers cover not only Prada clothes, but the accessories as well. Each star has selected an item she likes. Anna Wintour has appeared in her dress with flower prints twice: at the New York premiere of “Hitchcock” and the exhibition of Mario Testino. Katie Grant has also been seen twice in such a print.
For the men’s fashion week, Anna Dello Russo chose a fur coat with flowers, Elizabeth Banks selected Prada sandals for the Women In Entertainment event, and Miranda Kerr was seen with a “flower” bag while just walking around the city. The shoes with leather inserts were bought by Svetlana Bondarchuk.
