Now you can look like a star without resorting to the help of costly makeup artists. The drop-shaped BeautyBlender sponge has become an absolute must-have for the perfect make-up! It is already used by Gwen Stefani, Mariah Carey, Shakira, Christina Aguilera, Rihanna, Beyonce, and many others.
The sponge was invented by Rea Ann Silva – Hollywood makeup artist, who has the experience of more than 20 years in the beauty industry.
The BeautyBlender sponge can be used to apply shadows, creams of different density, light toning emulsions, various sculpting cream products, cream bronzers, and BB creams.
BeautyBlender Sponge Use Tips
Before using the sponge, soak it with BB water for it to increase by about half in size. Then, you should remove extra water from the sponge with a cloth or just squeeze it. The degree of squeezing the sponge can change the density of applying foundation: it should not be wet, just slightly damp. A wetter sponge applies a thinner tone and reduces the consumption of the product.
With the help of the BeautyBlender sponge, you can mix different components – the basis and the makeup foundation – in the correct proportions. The sponge is good for layering the product and creating different density when applying the product to different areas of the skin.
Use the round base for applying the tone onto the main areas of the forehead, cheeks and chin, and the pointed base of the sponge – for applying the tone around the nose, mouth and eyelids.
You should apply the product with slightly springy, soaking movements – the tone is then distributed evenly over the skin. You do not have to stretch the skin. One of the important properties of the BB sponge is that it leaves no distinct boundaries when applying the tone.
Taking Care of the Beauty Blender Sponge
Rinse the sponge immediately after use. To clean the sponge, it is recommended to use the BlenderCleanser disinfectant – a gel and a special soap based on natural plant ingredients. We recommend changing the sponge every 3 months.
