Perfection Lumiere Velvet Foundation SPF 15 is a product for a perfect skin tone without a heavy layer. It literally melts on the skin: the light cream dries to form a thin layer of matte powder. The product can be applied with a light touch or a tangible layer. It is perfect for normal and oily skin, but if you have dry skin, you’d better moisten it before applying the foundation.
