Diet for Smokers

BroccoliFinnish scientists have developed a special diet for smokers. The data has been gathered for 13 years. 26 thousand of Finnish smokers participated in the research. According to the scientists, smokers should eat foods rich in magnesium. Only this can reduce the risk of stroke by 15%, which is normally high for smokers. Such sources of magnesium as spinach, black beans, broccoli, peanuts, oysters and halibut are recommended to smokers.
