Ten dresses from the wardrobe of deceased Princess Diana have been put up for sale in London’s Kerry Taylor auction house.
Diana’s dresses will find their new owners in a week, and in the meanwhile we have time to consider the creations of the British designers. The dresses, admired by the princess, include her favorite fashion brands Catherine Walker, Bruce Oldfield, Zandra Rhodes and Victor Edelstein.
At the auction, one can see the creations of the whole group of British designers – this makes it possible to trace the design ideas, aimed at presenting the image of a style icon. It is like watching Diana’s life and destiny through her clothes.
The initial cost of Lady D’s wardrobe treasures ranges from 35 to 350 thousand.
