Miuccia Prada that has repeatedly invited young models to their advertising campaigns (you can recollect the scandalous Miu Miu advertisement with the then 15-year-old Lindsey Wixson), introduced the trend to cast young girls for fashion advertisements. The next confirmation to this is the new Aldo spring-summer 2012 advertising campaign with the participation of a young Canadian model Anais Pouliot.
It is notable that the author of the campaign is Terry Richardson – perhaps the most scandalous fashion-photographer in the history of the industry. Therefore, the results of the campaign (and in particular the promotional video shot in Richardson’s recognizable provocative style) are quite expected.
