Low Fat Chocolate Made of Water

We would hopefully have a low fat chocolate, which contains 60 percent of water, yet tasting exactly like the bar you like, thanks to a study by the University of Birmingham. The researchers found that it is possible to replace fat particles in common high fat foods with air, water or gels.

One of the new products is fat mayonnaise with as less as 5% fat content. Another product is porridge, which transforms into sort of gel once it gets to your stomach, making it harder to digest it so you feel full longer. Scientists hope their experiments will start an era of healthy super foods to address the obesity crisis.
