Her meals include plenty of fruits and vegetables, but every time she makes a choice in favor of a single product. For example, the girl can eat 3.5 kilograms of potatoes, two whole pineapples, 5 mangos, 1.4 kg (3 lb) apricots and drink two liters of orange juice. She can eat 51 bananas during the day. By the way, this is her favorite fruit, whose name she decided to take as her nickname.

Freelee says that fruits and vegetables provide her with a feeling of satiety and lots of calories, but they are not dangerous to the waist. Indeed, she consumes 2000 to 5000 calories daily. Freelee promotes an extreme vegan diet consisting of low-fat and high-carbohydrate foods.


After 4pm, Freelee allows herself cooked meals, but again only one ingredient in large quantities. So, she can bake a few pounds of potatoes in the oven. She used to suffer from bulimia and anorexia, but now she says that the vegan diet allowed her to gain 18 kg (39 lbs), clear the skin of acne, get rid of the chronic fatigue syndrome and improve thyroid function, as well as forget about indigestion .

Freelee continues to demonstrate her own perfect body to all the critics of this extreme diet, many of whom are professional nutritionists. For her, it is the best proof.
