Jennifer Aniston is said to have lost seven pounds in a week on a baby food diet. This is not the first time we have heard of weird Hollywood diets.
Keira Knightley and Cameron Diaz are keeping the so-called “Lunchbox diet”. They choose baby food jars for breakfast, lunch and dinner containing 60 percent of vegetables, 30 percent of protein and 10 percent of fat. New-York based psychologist and healthy diet expert, Stephen Gullo, says that with such small portions, baby food diet really works. But he adds that you can lose weight as fast by less drastic ways. The diet expert suggests having soup with low-fat cheese for lunch and going with fish and green vegetables salad for dinner. Stick to the diet for just a week and you will lose a lot of weight.
But this doesn’t end celebrities‘ bizarre diets. You must have heard how Heidi Klum and Fergie force down apple vinegar to reduce appetite. Besides, they are raw food diet enthusiasts. This means they don’t eat chicken or any other meat and cook their meals below 240 F.
