According to Australian dermatologists, there’re no non-surgical remedies for alopecia, or hair loss. Experts from The Cochrane Collaboration analyzed 17 trials on various baldness treatments. They ranked highly the effectiveness of phototherapy, immunosuppressant therapy, local vasodilating and hormonal medicines.
