Each of us must have thought sometimes that the life we have is not correct. Here are 35 healthy habits that you can stick to starting from today!
- Every day, go to bed and wake up at the same time.
- Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at the same time – the body will be grateful for this.
- Sleep at least 8 hours.
- Before going to bed, go for a walk and breathe some fresh air.
- Drink at least 1500 ml of water a day.
- Try to eat fruits, vegetables and berries each day.
- Wash your feet with cold water – it improves the immunity in a way.
- Surf the internet for not more than an hour a day.
- Make a face mask from natural ingredients.
- Take a picture of every summer day you spend.
- Jog in the morning.
- Buy hula-hoop and be engaged in the exercise at least 15 minutes a day.
- Smile.
- Learn 5 new foreign words a day.
- Do the cleaning in your room every day, throwing the rubbish away and watering your favorite plants.
