Older mice who were deprived of the supplement were half as agile and experienced a decline in brain activity. The scientists believe that their supplement fights free radicals that cause the development of various age-related diseases. The cocktail contain folic acid, vitamins B1, C, D, and E, acetylsalicylic acid, beta carotene, garlic, ginger root, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, green tea extract, magnesium, melatonin, potassium, fish oil, and flax oil.
