Grey Hair Means Good Health

Grey hair is not an indicator of aging, as U.S. researchers have found after a large-scale study. It turned out that the appearance of grey hair, on the contrary, is a sign of good health.

You have probably noticed that people of the same age do not turn grey simultaneously. Scientists also got interested in this fact and decided to look into the matter.

During the tests, the researchers found that if the body functions without failures, the hair turns grey at 50-55. Therefore, if you start to go grey around this age, you are practically healthy.

Grey hair suggests that the human body contains high levels of glutathione, which means that the body does not want to grow old and turns on the mechanism of oxidative processes inhibition.

The only exceptions are those people who get grey hair before 30.
