British insurers estimated we have about 80 minor ailments every year, reports Daily Mail. Most frequent health complaints are common colds, cramps, headaches and back pain.
We spend 21 days a year on medication and have 16 headaches. Back pain affects us 14 times a year, and we seek medical attention 3 times a year on average. Other common ailments were stomach upset, strained muscles, wrist and neck pain, conjunctivitis and otitis. What’s interesting is that half of those polled believe they are quite healthy and fit.
