35 Good Habits for a Better Life

Each of us must have thought sometimes that the life we have is not correct. Here are 35 healthy habits that you can stick to starting from today!

  1. Every day, go to bed and wake up at the same time.
  2. Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at the same time – the body will be grateful for this.
  3. Sleep at least 8 hours.
  4. Before going to bed, go for a walk and breathe some fresh air.
  5. Drink at least 1500 ml of water a day.
  6. Try to eat fruits, vegetables and berries each day.
  7. Wash your feet with cold water – it improves the immunity in a way.
  8. Surf the internet for not more than an hour a day.
  9. Make a face mask from natural ingredients.
  10. Take a picture of every summer day you spend.
  11. Jog in the morning.
  12. Buy hula-hoop and be engaged in the exercise at least 15 minutes a day.
  13. Smile.
  14. Learn 5 new foreign words a day.
  15. Do the cleaning in your room every day, throwing the rubbish away and watering your favorite plants.
  16. Wipe your face with a frozen concoction of chamomile (i.e. with ice cubes)
  17. Give up fast food.
  18. Do morning exercises.
  19. Meditate – just sit back, turn on some nice music, and do not think about anything.
  20. Learn something new every day.
  21. Read at least 10-15 pages every day.
  22. Spend at least an hour with your parents. Help them around the house, talk, learn about their problems and experiences, and give them any advice.
  23. Say nice words and compliments to other people.
  24. Give up swear words and parasite words. In general, mind your speech.
  25. Do one small good deed every day.
  26. Take care of yourself – have a steam bath for the face or body peeling and indulge your body with a moisturizing lotion.
  27. Reject makeup. Forget about those tons of makeup. Let the skin breathe – at least in summer.
  28. Learn some interesting and inspiring poetry.
  29. Walk straight. Mind your posture.
  30. Give up all sorts of bad habits.
  31. Try to become a vegetarian for at least a month. What if you enjoy it?
  32. Keep a diary of your progress.
  33. Save money.
