The year 2010 is going to be marked by a new Nokia release, Nokia 6700 classic Gold Edition. It is to hit only select markets some time in late winter – early spring.
Beautifully plated with 18ct yellow gold, it will have stainless steel chassis.
Equipped equally lavishly, the 6700 classic will feature a 2Mbps high-speed Internet transfer with web browsing support, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, A-GPS. There’s a built-in 5MP camera with autofocus, LED recording possibilities, auto-rotating by accelerometer sensor. A 2.2-inch display shows 16 million colors.
Some exclusive features are thrown in, like a full metal keymat and living wallpapers. The luxurious handset goes with matching accessories – a case, a strap and an 8GB microSD card.
All that Nokia glory isn’t going to cost the sky – the announced price comes to EUR 370 (plus taxes and subsidies).
