Many people are pondering on the future these days, but few are as far into it as Chinese designer Tao Ma. Her concept watch named 2Oct2031 uses diamond shapes to produce an uncanny effect which attributes to the future easily… While reminiscent of jewelry, it is clearly a hi-tech version of an analog watch combined with a digital ditto moved unobtrusively a little aside.
It’s still uncertain whether anyone undertakes to produce it for us, but the watch is esthetically tempting… Will it be there in 2031?
