I just love Merengue, Cha cha cha, Rumba etc. And after only an hour of latin dancing I feel so happy, that I smile all day long. Dancing has a great anti-stress effect. You express yourself, you learn something new, you enjoy everything in it – the movements, the music, the atmosphere… So, you don’t need to guess what kind of song I’m going to share today. Of course, it relates to Latin dance. It’s the song you all know – “La Bamba” – a Mexican folk song. I like the way Los Lobos sing it. They make me dance :)
