I decided to go on and share the songs that will be heard at Eurovision 2009. Today here’s the band "De Toppers" from the Netherlands. They hope to impress Eurovision 2009 audience with their song "Shine". To be honest, I don’t like such songs very much, they have a bit too much pathos, if you get what I mean. This one sounds old-fashioned, too. Well, maybe, it’s just the quality of the sound in that video. Well, good luck, "De Toppers"!

"Düm Tek Tek" means "Crazy for You" and is the name of the song which Turkish singer Hadise will sing at Eurovision song contest 2009. As for me, I like Turkish songs in Turkish language more (although I don’t speak it), but this song is good anyway. Hope, they will add more interesting (more dynamic) dancing movements to Hadise’s contest performance, and some more traditional costumes would make it nicer. It could be made really beautiful! I would vote on Hadise.

You already know the artist who is going to present the
UK at Eurovision song contest 2009, today you can find out the artist and the song which are the best in Denmark and deserve to perform at Eurovision this year. It’s Niels Brinck with the song called "Believe Again". Less and less artists and bands have the courage to sing in their native language at international song contests. I think in this case both the song and the artist are good. Niels Brinck has all chances to win Eurovision 2009.

If you saw last year’s
Eurovision contest you probably remember that Russian singer Dima Bilan won. This means that the Eurovision 2009 will take place in Moscow, Russia, and I will be pretty soon: 1st Semi-Final - on May 12, 2009, 2nd Semi-Final – May 14, 2009 and Grand Final - May 16, 2009. So, European countries have been preparing for the song contest for the whole year and today we can already know who is going to present the countries at Eurovision 2009. Here’s the song called "My Time" by Jade who will present the UK with this song. Both the song and the singer are good, but I don’t think the UK will win. It’s a pity, Eurovision never has real results - best singers with best songs and performances rarely occur “best” on Eurovision. Geography, politics and history play the most important parts in Eurovision (so-called "block voting"). But still, you can enjoy the beautiful song and the lyrics below.
