apparently if you didn’t break the root of the tooth, there is some sort of vibrating device that you can place against the gum to stimulate tooth growth!
(this according to my husband!) However, you would need to pay for it anyway regardless!!

It’s either too simple or I am… teeth, obviously the ones we grow, loose then regrow. Lose them again…dentures cost.

Presumably it’s something you can’t acquire freely on an infinite basis into today’s society. Like food, or water, since we could all go and live in the mountains and live quite happily not owing to anyone.
Just brainstorming here. Thinking out loud…
God gives us: food, water, air, clothing, free will.
Could it also be prayer, wisdom, love, life, trust, the Bible.
None of those happen twice then 3rd for payment. *is confused*
Or could it be a song excerpt? Some statement on an everyday object? Like “In God we trust” on dollar bills. Nope. I doubt I’m getting close right now.
