I HEAR THE "POP" BUT THEN PUTTING IT ON IS NOTHING BUT CLUMPS AND IT GETS ALL OVER THE EYE LID. AFTER I CLEAN MY LASHES & LIDS I THEN TAKE A KLEENEX LIKE I ALWAYS DID AND TAKE THE EXCESS OFF. I JUST WASTED ALL THAT $$ BECAUSE I BELIEVED THE HYPE. I WILL GLADLY SEND THIS BACK TO YOU FOR A FULL REFUND. IT IS NOW IN THE BAG USED FOR ALL "BAD" CHOICES SO I DO NOT REPEAT THE EXPERIENCE.
