Many people think that colorful mascara is blue, or at least plum. But the season of summer 2013 reverses our usual idea of what colorful mascara is.
This little revolution started during the Donna Karan spring fashion show. The make-up with bright pink eyelashes was presented.
Summer makeup collections by the world’s leading brands added some new cosmetic shades:
L’Été Papillon de Chanel collection, inspired by the hues of butterfly wings, presented waterproof mascara called Inimitable Waterproof Mascara in a pure yellow hue, as well as in turquoise, mint, and violet colors.
There was also YSL lengthening mascara called False Lash Effect Shocking Mascara in the color of dark green forest.
To repeat the image from the Donna Karan show, the American Anastasia Beverly Hills brand has produced mascara for lashes and brows Hypercolor Brow & Lash Tint in the shade of bright fuchsia. And it is not the only one, since there are also purple and blue options.
