Julianne Hough, of Dancing with the Stars, is the choice of the Gossip Girl to become the dance flick Footloose prima donna. But it’s not definite yet – according to some reports she hasn’t been taken on in anticipation of the next screen test scheduled for August 1st. Meanwhile it’s up in the air.
