Manolo Blahnik to Create a Footwear Collection for J.Crew

A real “fever” of collaboration is being observed in the fashion world. Quite democratic “massive” collections for retailers are being produced by the most famous representatives of the international catwalk, and there is nothing surprising in the fact that Manolo Blahnik, the recognized master of fashion footwear, has finally decided to please his many fans with a similar collection.

In the near future, Manolo Blahnik will launch a full collection of women’s shoes for the American fashion brand J.Crew. However, the final date of appearance of the collection on sale is still unknown. The representatives of J.Crew have just told that the shoes will be sold online and in the selected J.Crew stores under the label of Manolo Blahnik brand. The prices for the models will vary from $595 to $645 (which is actually a little cheaper than the shoes from the designer’s main collections). One could evaluate some models from the collection during the Fashion Week in New York: the shoes, created by Blahnik, supplemented J.Crew Fall-Winter 2012-2013 collection.
