Three Meals Contribute to Weight Loss More Than a Diet of “Small Portions”

It seems none of these small portions of which there is so much talk are too beneficial when it comes to controlling appetite, said Dr. Heather Leidy of the University of Missouri.

Giving preference to the traditional diet, people feel more satiated in the evening and at night, and therefore think less about food. However, Leidy stressed this does not apply to a standard protein diet.
