		<description>Well i&#039;ll be 19 in march and i been goin to workout at my local boxing gym because im going to enlist in the air force. Ok i recently was 260 and i lost like 5-7 pounds. I wasn&#039;t really fat because i used to lift weights, but any way, i was wondering if there was anything extra i could do so i can meet the required weight before my weigh in. I&#039;ve started to eat healthy and i do alot of exercising and im drinking whey protein.  This is advice for anyone under 16, if you really feel overweight please dont try a crash or drastic diet! You will make your selfs ill and end up with weight problems the rest of your life. What you should do is swap your snacks to healthy low fat things such as fruit and veg. Drink 8 glasses of water each day. Also talk to your parent, carer, sibling, teacher, doctor or any trusted adult they will be able to give you the help and support you need. You should aslo do 30min of exersice each day this could be playing sport, dancing or even walking. Please listen to what im saying. xoxo</description>

Its a good idea to get some high protein suppliment milkshake to fill you up and change the ratio of you diet from carb to protein. Take 1/2 pints a day, eat only meat, salad and veg and keep starchy foods to a minimum (pototatoes, crisp, rice, bread) do this and walking the treadmill everyday (no exeptions) then I guarranteed after 6 months you will have lost 3/4 stone.

My girlfriend did this and she halved her body weight. You HAVE to stay determined and focus on your goal at all times - make it your new obbession!</description>

		<description>i think all of you are conforming to societies views of what a healthy woman should look like, NOT every women will fit a &quot;standard&quot; size 6 and you people need to teach your children that this is complete blasphamy! children, you shape and size will change appx every couple years and its something that you have to come to terms with...love yourself first, cheerleading is not a career, it is a hobby, read a book (not a magazine) and you will get a lot further in life consult you doctors or SOMETHING along the lines of one if you really would like help losing weight</description>
